Nearly three decades defending in the courtrooms where he once prosecuted.
Craig Mueller grew up in Las Vegas and was appointed to the United States Naval Academy, where he earned his bachelor’s degree before serving in the U.S. Navy as a Missile and Fire Control Officer. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and in 1993 he joined the Clark County District Attorney’s Office as a Deputy District Attorney — a founding member of the county’s DUI prosecution team.
He opened his own practice in 1997 and has been defending clients in Las Vegas ever since. He states that he has personally taken more than 150 cases to jury verdict, and he has argued and won a unanimous decision before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
